Shipping Policy

The Pearl Suite Boutique (“We” or “The Company”) currently offers a flat shipping rate of $7.95 for standard domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail. International shipping is not available at this time. In-store pickup or courier delivery service is not available.

Currently, in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed during the weekends and U.S. Holidays will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days the following business day. All processed orders will have a tracking number sent via email or phone number on file.

To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, suite/apt. number (if applicable) phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We will not be responsible for returned/non-deliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, a store credit will be issued for the total price of your item(s) less shipping charges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or non-deliverable package(s). If the tracking number indicates the package as delivered and you have not received it, please make a claim with USPS. The Pearl Suite Boutique will not be responsible for any packages lost, misplaced or delayed by the Carrier.


Pre-Order Shipments

Any item(s) marked Pre-Order in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item's description. If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship on or about the given ship date indicated in the pre-order’s description.
